Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or peak seasons, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Products are shipped from U.S.-based facilities using priority carriers for fast, reliable delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the next business day.
  • Express Tracked Shipping (3–5 days): $25 – Fast and efficient shipping for non-temperature-sensitive items.
  • Regular Tracked Shipping (5–10 days): $15 – Reliable shipping for non-temperature-sensitive items.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

If your Elivena order has not arrived within 28 days of receiving the tracking number, we will gladly reship it to you at no extra cost.

Note: exceptions apply for incorrect shipping details, unclaimed packages, or delivery refusals.

Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. Elivena does not accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
